Day-to-day Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To Engage in multiple types of testing across a variety of devices to ensure the CRM and chatbot is performing as designed Work closely with the developers and designers of the project to build solutions to issues identified Communicate with IT developers to ensure a common understanding of tests performed and their results Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Location This is a virtual/remote role with the occasional in-office requirement at Talkpush Manila. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's/College Degree Minimum 3 years of Software QA experience Minimum experience of 2 years in Automation with Selenium.
